*** Sad Update ***

Well, Kevin went and had his test done and it looks like all our planning isn't going to happen.  If your wondering what I am talking about here is the just of it.....

July we had a SECRET and that was that we were going to try and have our first child together.  Kevin under went surgery and the results were negative.  So we still can't have a child of our own.  We then turned to adoption and after looking and researching we just can't simply afford all the cost.  So all our planning and hoping has come to an end and we are just trying to cope with the fact that we won't be able to have a child.  Granted Kevin has a son from a previous marriage, but for us the search and hope is over. 

I know that this sounds sad to say but we are doing our best to get through all the heartbreak.  Thanks to everyone for their thoughts and prayers over the last year.  May God bless you always.

Our Resolutions

For this year Kevin and I have both agreed on 3 resolutions and 1 extra for me. 

Both of us:

1.  Stop Smoking {started at Midnight}
2.  Eat Healthy
3.  Exercise daily

For me:

1.  Keep up with our blog better

We both are ready for the challenge and are determined to keep our resolutions. 

WELCOME 2010

As we look back and reflect on 2009 we find that we were very blessed.  In the past year we have our own place {apartment}, not traveling anymore, spent more time with loved ones, made a huge decission to expand our family, expanded our family only to suffer the loss.  Lost a few close friends, one recently, became closer than ever in our marriage.  And you ask "What can top that?" Well we welcome 2010 with the thought and prayer that we will continue to prosper, relish in the moments and cherish everything.  We hope to expand our family, buy our first house, have a savings and enjoy every minute with our loved ones.  So we say thank you 2009 for all the memories and hello 2010 we can't wait to see what you have in store for us......

New Year's Eve

Spending New Year's with wonderful friends, what else can compare to that?  We are blessed by the best ever, it was a night that will be remembered.  Kids laughing and playing, jokes and dancing for the rest.  Stories being told of the past year and what we all expect of the new one.  Laughter and Tears for the unexpected Wedding Proposal {all good tears}.  There is no better way to say good bye to 2009 and say "WELCOME 2010"

YES

Our friend Charles proposed shortly after mid-night New Years to his girlfriend Cindy.  It was very emotional and.....She said YES!!! Congratulation to Charles and Cindy on your new adventure. May all you wish for come true with your new famliy.
